- Viv Newman Review added: 2018.11.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Staying with friends in Colchester, we were taken out for a meal tonight. No acknowledgement for 10 minutes on arrival was not a good start to our evening. We had to ask for menus and were not informed about meals no longer available. From ordering to our food being ready, it was an hour and ten minutes wait. The food was ok but nothing special. Disappointing for us as visitors but embarrassing for our friends who had previously enjoyed good food and service here. Sort out the problems over staffing and don’t make excuses.
